Tour operators and travel agents insurance is specialist business cover for tour operators, travel agents, agency franchises and independent travel organisers.

Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, the organiser of a package is legally responsible for the whole of it, including transport, accommodation and excursions provided by its suppliers.

This cover combines tour operators’ liability, professional indemnity for booking errors and misdescriptions, and public and employers’ liability. We can also help with financial failure insurance and bonding. We insure travel businesses only and do not sell travel insurance to holidaymakers.
