Campbell Irvine Insurance Brokers was founded in Kensington in 1973, and more than fifty years on, we're still here, on the same high street, doing business the same way – properly, and in person. We've grown, but we haven't changed what we are: an independent broker built on relationships rather than volume.

Being independent means our advice is genuinely ours. We're not tied to a single insurer, and we're not incentivised to sell you a particular policy – we're free to find the cover that actually suits you, from a market we know well.

Your life doesn't fit a drop-down menu, so we don't try to make it.

A lot of insurance today is designed to be quick rather than right — a few tick boxes, an algorithm, a price. That works for the straightforward cases. It works less well for anyone whose home, business or circumstances don't fit neatly into a standard category, which, in our experience, is most people.

We do it differently. We ask questions, we listen to the answers, and we build cover around what you've told us – not around what fits the system. Technology has its place in how we work; it helps us serve you more efficiently. But it supports the relationship, it doesn't replace it.
